AIFLAM is proud to partner with the UWA Mediation Clinic, an approved Recognised Training Provider (RTP), to deliver the National Mediation Accreditation (AMDRAS) course designed to give participants the knowledge and skills required to practice family law mediation with confidence and professionalism.

Participants who successfully complete the Certificate of Training (COT) and Certificate of Assessment (COA) requirements are eligible to apply for accreditation as a Nationally Accredited Mediator (AMDRAS Accredited Mediator) and may apply to be listed on the AMDRAS Board’s National Register. Certificates will be issued and administered by UWA upon successful completion of the course.

UWA Mediation Clinic is delivering this intensive version of the mediation training course designed to give participants the knowledge and skills required to practice family law mediation with confidence and professionalism.

As the course complies with the requirements of the AMDRAS, upon successful completion, participants are eligible for registration as a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

The course includes the training and coaching components for the Certificate of Training (COT) as well as the assessment components for the Certificate of Assessment (COA) and the certificates will be issued by UWA to participants upon successful completion of the course.
