National Mediation Accreditation (AMDRAS) - 7-day Intensive Course

This intensive version of our mediation training is an interactive and practical program  designed to give participants the knowledge and skills required to practice family law mediation with confidence and professionalism.

As the course complies with the requirements of the AMDRAS, upon successful completion, participants are eligible for registration as a Nationally  Accredited Mediator.

The course includes the training and coaching components for the Certificate of Training (COT) as well as the assessment components for the Certificate of Assessment (COA).

AIFLAM Specialist Advanced Family Law Arbitration Course

Pre-requisites

The pre-requisites for attending the course are that you are a legal practitioner, and:

(a)  You must have completed the AIFLAM Arbitration Training Course (or an equivalent course approved by AIFLAM) more than 12 months ago;

(b)  You have practiced as a legal practitioner or a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Divisions 1 and 2 and/or the Family Court of Western Australia for at least the previous 10 years with at least 50% of your work in that time being in relation to family law matters; and

(c)  You are currently on the list of Reg 21 Family Law Arbitrators.
