Join our expert trainer from the UWA Mediation Clinic for this interactive day of learning. 

Over the course of the day, participants will be introduced to recent understandings about the psychology of conflict and dispute resolution, including: 

·       The procedural justice effect 

·       Building trust 

·       Using mentalizing interventions 

·       Assisting parties to make decisions, agreements and settlements that have ‘stickability’. 

The day will provide 7 CPD hours.
