MEDIATOR ACCREDITATION FORM
Please complete the Accreditation Form, complete and return to have AIFLAM as your RMAB.
Re-accreditation is required every two years to maintain your Mediation status. You will be sent a re-accreditation form prior to your expiration date, however so know how many hours you need to complete the Re-accreditation Form is available here.
